New Admissions Rules to UK colleges/Universities

Yes... that is absolutely true. In fact there are now drastic changes in (United Kingdom Border Agency) UKBA visa policy beginning April 2009.  All Applicants willing to obtain admissions from UK must:

1) Have an admission (visa letter) from an institute in UK certified

    by UKBA Education Providers (www.ukvisas.gov.uk)

2) Must Pay at least £ 2000/- deposit in advance (could be more

    it depends upon the ratings and policies of institutes in UK

    under the Tier-4 rules and regulations as enforced by UKBA.).
